Se realizó la corrección de la Sentencia SU.120/03 que puso fin al trámite de revisión de las acciones de la referencia, se advierte i) que en el numeral 4.3 de los antecedentes se relaciona el proceso T-406.257 donde debe figurar el asunto T-503.695, y ii) que el mismo error mecanográfico aparece en el punto primero de la decisión.
De acuerdo con el Art. 310 del C.P.C. se permite corregir los errores que se cometan por la omisión o cambio de palabras o alteraciones de éstas.

- Corregir algunas expresiones de la Sentencia SU-120 de 2003, como se explica a continuación:
- 1. En el punto 4.3 de los antecedentes en donde figura "Expediente T-453.539", debe aparecer "Expediente T-503.695".
- 2. En el numeral
- primero. de la parte resolutiva de la Sentencia, en lugar de "y por la Sección Tercera de la Sala de lo Contenciosos Administrativo del Consejo de Estado el 18 de agosto de 2001 T-453539-", debe figurar "y por la Sección Tercera de la Sala de lo Contenciosos Administrativo del Consejo de Estado el 18 de agosto de 2001 -T-503.695-".
